Sharp Edges & Wired Rose

Working on real cake, this class will focus on achieving a modern professional sharp edge finish to your cakes.
Learn how to make chocolate ganache and how to apply it to your cake to get a perfect base for that sharp edge finish.
We will then cover with sugar paste and spend time on achieving sharp edges.
We will also make a beautiful wired Rose to add the perfect finishing touch to your cake.
Everything you need will be supplied including a delicious lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
